Drawing on her diverse skills as an award-winning songwriter, recording artist, professional soloist and chamber musician, and yoga instructor, Mea the Creative Cellist is the creator of the CelloYoga method for mind-body-cello awareness.
Her mentors include Yo-Yo Ma, Shauna Rolston, and Winona Zelenka, and her method draws from decades of training and professional certifications in both the field of cello pedagogy and Yoga instruction.
